We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and high quality. After we hand make each of our candles with love, we carefully inspect them to insure our customers receive nothing short of perfection.

However, if your candle has been damaged during shipping, we will happily send you a new one. Please email us  at info@calixcandles.com with a picture of your damaged candle within 7 days of delivery and we will work towards remedying your situation.
